What happens with direct integration
Every airline has its own API, product set, pricing rules and refund policy for ancillaries. An agency integrating directly must build one integration per airline, rework it whenever an airline changes its system, and handle customer service and settlement itself. Airlines face the same problem with each agency.
| Aspect | Airlines and agencies integrate directly | One integration with ALLWIN AIR |
|---|---|---|
| Development | One project per counterpart | One integration with ALLWIN AIR |
| Different specs | Each side interprets every API/NDC spec | ALLWIN AIR converts to a standard |
| Maintenance | Each side fixes changes on its own | Handled by ALLWIN AIR |
| Purchase screens | Each side designs and builds | Use ALLWIN AIR screens or integrate by API |
| Payment & settlement | Separate settlement per counterpart | Unified payment and settlement by ALLWIN AIR |
| Customer service | Seller handles it directly | ALLWIN AIR customer center handles it |
| New services | New development for each product | Products added progressively on the same connection |
